Privacy Policy

The short version: if you join the waitlist we keep your email address and the date you joined, and we use them to tell you when the first tests open. We don’t sell your data, and we’ll delete it if you ask.
Who we are
Revaly is operated by Revaly LLC (“Revaly”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers this website and the Revaly waitlist. Questions go to hello@revaly.cash.
What we collect
- Waitlist email. If you join, we store your email address, the date you joined and which form you used.
- Messages. Anything you send us by email, including your email address.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider receives standard request data such as IP address and browser type when you load the site. Our waitlist form also uses your IP address briefly, in memory, to block abuse.
Testing isn’t open yet. Before we collect anything more, such as a wallet address or test activity, we’ll update this policy.
How we use your data
- To email you when the first tests open and send you important Revaly updates.
- To keep bots and duplicates off the waitlist.
- To answer your messages.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist email until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it for the waitlist. Every email we send lets you opt out.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run Revaly (such as Vercel, which hosts this site and stores waitlist emails) and when the law requires it. Vercel may process data in the United States and other countries.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn’t use advertising cookies or analytics. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading the site doesn’t send your IP address to a font service. See our Cookie Policy.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@revaly.cash and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Age
You must be at least 18 to join the waitlist. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and tell people on the waitlist about material changes by email.
