Terms of Service
Last updated November 2, 2026
The short version: joining the waitlist gets you one email when the first tests open. It doesn’t guarantee a spot or any pay. Once testing opens, you’re paid in SOL or USDC for tests you finish and we accept. Crypto prices can move, and blockchain payments can’t be reversed.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Revaly LLC (“Revaly”, “we”, “us”) for your use of this website and the Revaly waitlist. By using them you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use them.
2. Who can join
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You may not use Revaly where doing so is against the law that applies to you, or if you’re subject to sanctions.
3. The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist means we’ll email you when the first tests open.
- It doesn’t create an account, guarantee access, or promise any number of tests or any amount of pay.
- We may open access in waves, and may change or stop the waitlist at any time.
4. Testing and payouts, once they open
- Each test will show what it pays before you start. Any amounts on this website are examples, not offers.
- A test pays only when you finish it and your work is accepted. Automated, duplicate or made-up results earn nothing.
- Payouts are made in SOL, the native token of the Solana blockchain, or USDC, a stablecoin issued by Circle, to the wallet you give us. You’re responsible for that wallet and its keys.
- Blockchain transactions are final. We can’t reverse a payment sent to the wrong address.
- You’re responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
5. SOL and USDC are not investment products
SOL is a crypto asset and its price can rise or fall quickly, so what a payout is worth in your local currency can change after you receive it. USDC is designed to track the US dollar, but that isn’t guaranteed. Revaly pays SOL or USDC for testing work. Nothing on this site is investment advice or a promise of value or profit.
6. Test apps
Test apps are unfinished by nature and may have bugs. They’re made by third parties, and we don’t guarantee how they behave. Only install what you’re comfortable installing. Developers may ask you to keep what you see in a test confidential.
7. Things you may not do
- Impersonate anyone, including Revaly.
- Use bots, scripts or multiple accounts to join the waitlist or complete tests.
- Interfere with the site or try to access data that isn’t yours.
- Use Revaly for anything illegal.
8. Names and marks
Revaly isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by the Solana Foundation or Circle. Solana, SOL and USDC names and marks belong to their owners. App icons shown on this site are illustrations, not real apps.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Revaly is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for more than the amount we paid you or you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top of this page, and tell people on the waitlist about material changes by email. If you keep using Revaly after a change, the new terms apply.
11. Contact
Revaly is operated by Revaly LLC. Questions about these terms: hello@revaly.cash.
